Rule to appoint private teachers on merit basis

The plaintiff filed a writ petitions in the High Court Division of the Supreme Court against the registration and certifying authority (NCTIRA) of 120 private teachers including Md. Abdullah, who were certified by NTRC of Binodpur Union of Shibganj Union of Chapainawabganj district of Chapainawabganj district, as the plaintiff registered against the teachers registered by private schools, colleges and madrassas (NTRCA).
Whose writ number 6616/2017 After the hearing of the writ petition 14-05-17, following the hearing of the High Court Division Judge Kazi Rezaul Haque and Justice Mohammad Ullah, he issued a 4-week rule against NTTRC.
